 The HW-613 module is a miniature synchronous DC / DC converter based on the MP2315 microcircuit - a high-frequency (conversion frequency of 500 kHz) step-down switching converter with built-in MOSFET switches. The microcircuit provides an output current of up to 3 amperes, with input voltages from 6 to 24 volts. The output voltage is regulated by the interlinear or set at a fixed 1.8, 2.5, 3.3, 5, 9 or 12 V.

The microcircuit has a full set of protection functions OCP (English abbreviation OCP - Over Current Protection) and temperature. When the temperature rises above 150 ° C, thermal protection is triggered, which turns off at 130 ° C.

The HW-613 module based on the MP2315 is well suited for replacing the common L78xx stabilizers in the TO220 package, can be used in flat-panel TVs and monitors, laptops, charging various gadgets and in power supply circuits for other electronics.
